qPDF is a collection of free PDF tools that run entirely in your browser. No sign-up, no upload, no limits.
Quick start
- 1Pick a tool from the menu at the top or from the home page.
- 2Drop your file onto the drop area or click it to choose a file.
- 3Adjust the options. A live preview shows you immediately what will happen.
- 4Click the action button and download the result.

General usage
| Action | How |

| Add a file | Drag and drop it onto the drop area or click it. Many tools let you pick several files at once. |
| Reorder pages | Drag page cards to a new position with the mouse or your finger. With the keyboard: focus a card, press Space, use the arrow keys, press Space again. |
| Enlarge a page | Hover over the card and click the enlarge icon. In the large view, use the arrow keys to flip through pages. |
| Change preview size | Use the slider above the page grid to make the cards larger or smaller. |
| Start over | Click “Start over” in the result or “Another file” at the top. |
Downloads on iPhone and iPad
Wait until the result is ready, then tap “Download”. When “Share / Save” is available, use it to choose “Save to Files”. If your browser opens a preview instead, use its share menu to save. Cancelling the share menu keeps your result available.
Tools that produce multiple results offer a single ZIP file. Download it and tap it in Apple’s Files app to open the folder containing the individual files. Where offered, you can also download files separately. Keep the qPDF page open until you have saved your result.
Language and theme
In the top right corner you can switch the language (Deutsch, English, Français, Türkçe, Italiano, Español, Polski) and between light and dark theme. Both settings are remembered in your browser.
