Draw or upload your signature and place it anywhere in the document.
Quick start
- 1Choose a PDF.
- 2Draw your signature in the field or upload an image.
- 3Click “Place on this page” and drag the signature to the right spot.
- 4Click “Sign PDF”.
Creating a signature
| Tab | How |

| Draw | Write in the field with mouse, finger or pen. “Clear” starts over. The margin around the signature is trimmed automatically. You can change the ink color afterwards. |
| Type | Type your name and pick one of three handwriting styles. Handy without a mouse or pen. |
| Upload image | A photo or scan of your signature on white paper. The light background is made transparent automatically. |
Placing
- You can place the signature as often as you like, even several times on the same page.
- Use the arrows below the preview to go to the page you want and place it there again.
- The red cross on the signature removes a placement.
- “Copy to all pages” puts the signature at the same spot on every page, e.g. for initials.
- The “Signature size” slider applies to all placements together (8–60 % of the page width).
